Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Association (AMYA) made visits to Nursing Homes and Gardaí Stations all over Ireland as part of seasonal celebrations. The AMYA, an auxiliary of AMA, comprises of youths between the age of 15-40 years of age. In their efforts of integration and demonstration of their respect, loyalty, commitment and gratitude toward the community, the youths of AMYA present gifts, seasonal greetings and moral support to the staff and residence of Nursing Homes and Gardai Station on an annual basis. Locally those visited were Clondalkin Garda Station, Lucan Garda Station and Griffeen Valley Nursing Home in Lucan. The residents and staff of each of these establishments were presented with chocolates, biscuits, flowers, seasonal greetings cards and an introduction to the AMA activities, goals, beliefs and history. AMYA hope to carry on the tradition of visiting Nursing Homes and Gardaí Station across the island of Ireland and broaden the range of people and establishments we visit.Caption: AMYA members pictured with local Gardaí from Clondalkin Garda Station.
