Muslim community expresses deepest gratitude for support

As a member of the Ahmadiyya community, and a regular at the Galway Maryam Mosque, I wish to express my deepest gratitude towards my fellow Galwegians for their immense support after the attack. Thank you to all our neighbours, residents from all over Galway and Ireland, community organizers, religious leaders, media officials, and politicians for your letters, cards, phone calls, and above all, for many that visited us spontaneously after the incident or the day after on the open day. I am proud to call this beautiful city my home, where people of all faiths and cultures live in relative peace, and come together in solidarity against fear and intolerance.
